Hi, I’m Tanner Caves, founder and owner of Caves Consulting. Growing up on a small ranch in Wyoming, I learned early the importance of hard work, resourcefulness, and keeping everything in working order—whether it was the home we lived in or the equipment we relied on every day. Those early experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for hard work and the value of maintaining what you invest in.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built a career specializing in handyman services and property management. I’ve worked on everything from basic home repairs to complex maintenance projects, with the emphasis always being on quality, reliability, and clear communication that builds trust. My expertise is in managing both residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain in excellent condition while helping owners avoid costly issues down the road. Through Caves Consulting, I combine hands-on experience with a commitment to personalized service, creating solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
In 2020, my wife and I made the life-changing decision to move to Reno, Nevada, with our daughter. We were drawn to the area’s friendly community, stunning landscapes, and unique opportunities—and it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with our new home. Reno has become a place we’ve been able to slowly plant our own roots, grow our family, and develop Caves Consulting into a trusted partner for property owners throughout the Northern Nevada and Tahoe region.
