Hi, I’m Tanner Caves, the founder and CEO of Caves Consulting. Growing up on a small ranch in Wyoming, I learned early on the importance of hard work, resourcefulness, and keeping everything in working order—whether it was the home we lived in or the equipment we relied on every day. Those early experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for hard work and the value of maintaining the things we rely on every day.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built a career specializing in handyman services and property management. I’ve worked on everything from basic home repairs to complex maintenance projects, always with a focus on quality, reliability, and trust. My expertise extends to managing both residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain in excellent condition while helping owners avoid costly issues down the road. Through Caves Consulting, I combine hands-on experience with a commitment to personalized service, creating solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
In 2020, my wife and I made the life-changing decision to move to Reno, Nevada, with our daughter. We were drawn to the area’s friendly community, stunning landscapes, and unique opportunities—and it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with our new home. Reno is where we plan to put down roots, expand our family, and grow Caves Consulting into a trusted partner for property owners throughout the region.
